Individualized programming · Kyiv

Training that is planned, written down, and reviewed every month.

One coach, a small roster, and a paper ledger that records what you actually did. Programs start from a baseline assessment, not a template.

  • 1:1Sessions with the coach
  • 4–6Clients per coach
  • 12Weeks per ledger cycle

Method

How programming works: baseline first, review every week

Four checkpoints. Each one produces a number the next one uses, so the plan is never improvised.

  1. 01

    Baseline assessment

The opening session measures movement quality and current capacity, then sets a starting load you can repeat.

  2. 02

    Individualized program

Your plan is written around those numbers, with progression rules for the lifts you actually train.

  3. 03

    Training schedule

Sessions are placed in your calendar, each with a target load and a duration you can hold to.

  4. 04

    Weekly review

Every week closes with a short check: adherence, load progression, and one adjustment for the next block.

See the coaching programs, read the published pricing table, or book an intake.

Progress ledger

What the record shows, week by week

Every client keeps one sheet: baseline at intake, current values at the monthly review, and the change set in vermillion. Nothing decorative is added to it.

Adherence, last 12 weeks

Pale square, low completion. Dark square, full completion. Reviewed with the coach each month.

Formats & fees

Three coaching formats, one ledger behind all of them.

Every format opens with a baseline assessment and closes each month with a review of the same tracked indicators. Fees are shown in UAH per month and billed at the start of each cycle.

Coach dossier

A small roster, written standards, and clear limits

Coaching runs on a fixed ceiling of sixteen active clients. Every program is written down before the first session, and every boundary is stated before the first rep.

Credentials

Certification
Strength and conditioning coach, 2016, renewed 2024
Practice
Nine years of one-to-one programming, Kyiv
Client load
Maximum 16 active athletes at any time

Small-roster policy

When the roster is full, intake pauses rather than opening a waitlist that never moves. Each client gets a named coach, a shared training schedule, and a direct channel for scheduling changes.

Medical boundaries

Not medical care. Fitness coaching is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and does not replace licensed healthcare, physiotherapy, or rehabilitation. Injuries, medication, and post-surgical cases are referred out first, with a written clearance required before training resumes.

Start here

Request a baseline assessment before you commit to a program.

Tell the coach what you train for, how many sessions a week you can hold, and which numbers you already track. You leave the first conversation with a written starting point, not a sales pitch.

Request an assessment

Fitness coaching is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have an injury or a medical condition, speak with a licensed clinician first.
